Responsibilities
  • Promote and Sell: Market your products/services and make sales to grow your customer base.
  • Lead and Inspire: Lead your team by setting goals and motivating them to achieve success.
  • Manage Your Team: Recruit, train, and support your employees to ensure they work effectively together.
  • Plan for Success: Create strategies to grow your business and manage finances wisely.
  • Run Operations Smoothly: Make sure everything runs smoothly by improving processes and managing customer relationships.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and, coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Life & Health insurance license.
  • Display leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate, engage and inspire others.
