Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPeoplelink Staffing in partnership with a prominent client in the automotive manufacturing industry in Princeton, IN is looking for a driven individual to join their team in Autowheel Assembly. The Autowheel Assembly team member will be responsible for maintaining the high standards required of each step in the process of assembling and preparing autowheels for installation on new vehicles.Autowheel Assembly Job Summary:
  1. $17.75 Day Shift / $18.50 Night Shift
  2. Day Shift: 6am-330pm + overtime / Night Shift: 7pm-4am + overtime
  3. Monitors quality and expectations as they assemble and maintain their part of the Autowheel Assembly process
  4. Oversees and coordinates for any aspect of Autowheel Assembly within the day to day operations within the manufacturing of vehicles and related parts
  5. Able to work independently or in a team atmosphere
  6. Autowheel Assembly team members must be able to be punctual and have solid attendance
Autowheel Assembly Job Qualifications:
  1. Warehouse or automotive manufacturing experience a plus
  2. Able to commute to Princeton
  3. Able to communicate with team members, customers, and partners effectively
  4. Able to adjust on the fly and problem solve
  5. Proven work history with strong work ethic
  6. Able to adapt to new procedures and guidelines
