We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Associate who excels in a team-oriented environment and demonstrates exceptional attendance. The Production Associate will operate press machinery to create prosthetic liners used by amputees across the world. No previous manufacturing experience necessary, just a willingness to learn, work in a team and ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What we offer:

-First shift position, Full-time Monday - Friday with shift end time at 3:30pm

-Temperature regulated, clean, safe manufacturing environment

-Competitive pay, overtime pay, monthly production incentive bonus, yearly annual wage increase, paid time off and medical benefits, departmental cross-training

-Company paid food trucks twice a week

-Onsite fitness center, walking path, fishing pond, disc golf, volleyball and basketball courts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong aptitude to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions on product manufacturing

Willow Wood was founded in 1907 by William E. Arbogast, a bilateral amputee, on his family farm. What started as one man carving and curing willow wood for prosthetic use has evolved into an international company. WillowWood Global LLC provides prosthetic and orthotic products to clinicians and amputees around the world. We are dedicated to our mission of designing and manufacturing prosthetic products that are comfortable and functional. Every product we design aims to enable individuals with limb loss to remain active and ready to live life to the fullest.
