HVAC Lead Installation Technician

Yarbrough and Sons Heat and Air is searching for a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician / Journeyman Installer to join our Blanchard, OK team. Are you an experienced installer who knows how to perform timely and accurate installs while providing stellar customer service? Are you ready to begin mentoring your own apprentice and shaping the future of a company? Are you comfortable communicating feedback to promote the efficiency and profitability of the company? This position works 40+ hours/per week from 7 am-4 pm with some weekend and overtime hours, especially during the summer months; and, earns a competitive wage of $16-$28/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN / JOURNEYMAN INSTALLER

• Current Oklahoma Journeyman License
• Experience with refrigeration and brazing
• Can lift and move in excess of 50lbs as well as perform other physical requirements of the job
• Current driver's license and good driving record
• Pass a drug and background check

EPA Certification is a plus, but not required Can you manage your time well and prioritize tasks effectively?
