- This role combines data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Work on administrative tasks involved in processing a real estate contract
- Open the order – quick and accurate data entry
- Obtain payoffs and other title-clearing information promptly
- Request surveys following our process timeline
- Communicate with lenders and lien holders to obtain payoff information
- Ensure all steps in the process are documented correctly
- Focus on supporting our teams who are client-facing as needed
- Send legal documents to the County office for eRecording before the deadline
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to enter order details for real estate transactions quickly and accurately to meet daily targets
- Minimum typing speed of 65 WPM
- Ability to meet required daily production targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus
- Six months experience in the title or banking industry handling the responsibilities of this type of role preferred
- Must have a satisfactory background check
