This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry. You will drive operational excellence, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products while maximizing profitability. Your ability to foster a strong team culture and implement lean manufacturing principles will be crucial to the success of this position.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost management.

  • Analyze financial performance, identify cost reduction opportunities, and develop budgets.

  • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve plant objectives.

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving key performance indicators.

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles (TPS) and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
