Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Lube Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive maintenance. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services according to dealership standards
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs and communicate findings to service advisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of used materials
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a lube technician or similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
