As a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor, you will be an important mentor for Case Managers, CNA and other interdisciplinary team members to help ensure the highest quality of care.

RN Qualifications:
- 2 years of community health, home health, or hospice and palliative care Registered Nurse experience preferred.
- 1 year of clinical supervisory experience preferred
- Active unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
RN Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with on call rotation for clinical support
