Project Manager

Job Description
- Reading of documents and contracts.
- Subcontractor and/or vendor scope reviews
- Project schedule development and maintenance utilizing Microsoft Project or P6.
- Review/prepare change orders.
- Develop/track submittals, RFI’s and cost reports.
- Scope review and cost analysis of subcontractor and owner change orders.
- Run subcontractor or owner project meetings. Prepare meeting minute notes as required.
- Maintain owner relations.
- Maintain overall project budget.
- Complete projects on time.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required with demonstrated relevant work history.
- Minimum of five to ten years’ experience in construction of medium to large sized commercial construction projects up to $15 million in value.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills required such as: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Material take-off’s / estimating for self-performed work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Should be organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
- Ability to periodically travel to out-of-town project jobsites with overnight stay.
