The Bookkeeper is responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of Peak Support. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software.


What you’ll do:

  • Prepare weekly payroll journal entries.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Process rent expense entries.
  • Monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly 3rd Party Delivery Partner reconciliations.
  • Experience with weekly payroll Journals from ADP a Plus.
  • Experience with Toast a Plus.
  • Reconcile Intercompany Payments.


We’re looking for individuals with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online) a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
