About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join our team in Countryside Manor. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized dining area, take orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and address their questions or concerns
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff team to complete additional tasks

Skills:

As a Server, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. Your ability to work in a senior living CBRF community and collaborate with kitchen staff will be crucial to ensuring timely and accurate food requests. Additionally, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help you maintain a clean and organized dining area and provide an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for our residents.
