Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYen Ching Express is a quick service Chinese restaurant that will open in Mequon, WI (20 minutes north of Milwaukee) on October 18th. We are seeking team members for front of house and back of house.

Our intention is simple; provide high quality, made to order chinese classics using the best ingredients. No more soggy chinese that’s been sitting around for too long

Qualified applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, an upbeat and outgoing personality and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic with the mindset to do whatever it takes to get the job done with 100% integrity is a must.

Qualifications

  • A smile and friendly disposition with an attitude driven toward success.

  • Punctual and reliable.

  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.

  • No restaurant experience necessary for front of house. Minimum one year experience for back of house.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our guests receive the full service treatment in a fast casual setting.

  • Working and communicating effectively with co-workers and management.

  • Daily prep work and cleaning.

Employment Type

Part Time / Full Time

Pay

$13-$25 per hour depending on experience and skill level.

Gas stipend provided for applicants from Milwaukee
