Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee commercial HVAC sheet metal projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project goals, scope, and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution, including procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and implement effective solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and variance analysis, to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in the commercial HVAC or construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• PMP certification is a plus.
