Job DescriptionJob Description

We are actively seeking a results-driven and client-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating and strengthening relationships with our clients, while helping them identify the best insurance solutions. You will be responsible for selling a range of insurance products, including but not limited to auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.


In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly educate clients on insurance coverage options, offer and recommend policies tailored to their individual needs.
  • Perform policy reviews and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to build long lasting relationships.
  • Strive to surpass sales targets and achieve performance goals, contributing to the overall success of our team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in insurance products.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
