We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative (Part-Time) to join our sales team at our West Park, FL office.
What You'll Do
This role is the initial contact for our clients and new customers, you are the eyes and ears of our sales team, fielding customer inquiries and offering security solutions to best fit their needs. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to grow and challenge yourself.
- Answers sales calls on a regular basis.
- Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
- Stays current on existing and emerging services and technologies.
- Follows-up on all generated quotations to ensure that the service is satisfactory.
- Generates profitable sales orders.
- Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
- Maintains ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and company goals in the marketplace.
- Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
- Maintains a professional/working image in self and work environment.
- Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
- Assists customers by providing security service knowledge.
- Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals.
What You Need To Get The Job Done
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience using a CRM
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Security industry knowledge is a plus
Compensation
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour plus commission
