GEICO has an exciting opportunity for individual seeking a career in insurance. We're looking for a hardworking, dedicated salesperson whois bilingual (English/Spanish) to work our real time, internet generated leadsin our GEICO (Daytona Beach) Local Office. Our office works year round to grow and retain clients who entrust their auto, cycle, home and other insurance with us.

As a bilingual sales professional, you will be rewarded for helping GEICO Local Agency engage all prospects in the market including growing the Spanish speaking market.

Responsibilities

Your job responsibility will include but not limited to the following:

* Lean the basic of insurance and how to sell insurance.

* Quoting prices and financial options.

* Make sales of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service.

* Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance including comparisons.

* Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information.

* Identify cross-Selling opportunity during sales and retention calls.


Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Be a fantastic presenter.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • License Not Required.
