What you’ll actually do:

  • Working with master accounts and new accounts receiving client purchase orders, monitoring an inbox, processing the orders, verifying pricing matches contracted terms and agreement, and generating a new purchase order and order confirmation when it ships
  • Tracking all shipments and providing updates to customers and internal team
  • Resolving any customer issues that come up
  • Administrative support as needed

To be successful you’ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service, an administrative role, or office position
  • Excel skills required include sorting, filtering, and comfortability entering data and generating reports
  • Type A, organized and methodical
  • Bright, personable, and not easily flustered
  • Distribution industry or familiarity with purchase orders is highly desired
