As our business grows, so does the need for quality team members to be apart of the Paws family We currently have an opening for a Reservation Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist


Duties will include:

  • Overseeing a high level of customer service and address customer service needs
  • Work with staff, supervisors, GM and owners ensuring the objectives and goals of Paws Pet Resort & Spa are consistently met.
  • Set up reservations as well as work as a receptionist

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)
Requirements:


  • Must love dogs and cats
  • Have a growth mindset, positive attitude, be enthusiastic, be responsible, goal oriented, and possess excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, reservation software, etc.) Marketing, social media, and writing skills.
  • Be reliable, dependable and able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends, holidays & evenings).
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to take on projects and challenges Background in and/or a strong desire to enter the pet care industry
