Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent family-owned business in Spencerville, IN. This finishing company specializes in zinc phosphate pretreatment, powder coating and liquid spray coating for military and defense equipment. If you want to support your country in a unique way, this job is for you
General Labor Job Summary:
  • $16.50/hour
  • 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm with possible Saturday and OT throughout the week
  • General Labor personnel will be loading/unloading parts on an overhead paint line.
  • General Labor may occasionally operate stationery or moving overhead hoists.
  • General Labor is responsible for masking, de-masking, and paint touch-up of parts being painted.
General Labor Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player.
  • Constantly moving, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching
  • May be working with sharps.
