We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman to join our Residential Services team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any adjustments needed following service calls. Additionally, the Handyman will identify and promote opportunities for small homeowner projects and provide support to plumbers during bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities for the Handyman:

• Promptly respond to and assess the extent of the damage and determine the necessary repairs.
• Efficiently and effectively execute repairs to restore the property to its original condition.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process to ensure their satisfaction.
• Proactively identify potential small homeowner projects during service calls.
• Clearly communicate the benefits and value of these projects to homeowners.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for potential projects.
• Follow up with homeowners to secure project commitments.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized throughout the project.

Requirements for the Handyman:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
