Database Entry Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Database Entry Coordinator. As the Database Entry Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our company database. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in our company database on a daily basis
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular checks and audits
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to database entries
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any database issues
- Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
- Assist in training new employees on database entry procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
