We are an HR consulting company looking for a Sr. HR Generalist who wants to be an employee of one company, working remotely as a full-time employee, who would enjoy the opportunity to provide outstanding HR consulting services to several clients in varying industries each day.


This role performs various HR duties, including advanced, specialized, and administrative work for external clients using various HRIS/HCM systems.


Essential Functions

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues for clients
  • Advise management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for human resource activities
  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures for clients
  • Ensure clients comply with established policies and procedures and with any relevant federal, state, or local legislation
  • Assist in planning and organizing the strategic HR direction for clients
  • Answer routine and non-routine requests for information on policy interpretation for clients
  • Assist with developing, coordinating, and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow for clients
  • Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects for clients
  • Conduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures for clients
  • Lead and participate in special and cross-functional project teams
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars as needed/requested

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel

Little to no travel is expected for this position.


Required Education and Experience

5+ years of professional-level experience in human resources.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.


Preferred Education and Experience

3+ years of experience with Paylocity Software.
