A successful Fleet/Warehouse Lead is one who excels at managing logistics. You will ensure the efficient operation of both fleet vehicles and warehouse inventory as needed, optimizing processes and maximizing productivity. You must possess exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and be able to effectively communicate to foster a safe and productive work environment where everyone thrives.

Responsibilities for the Fleet/Warehouse Lead:

• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to maximize vehicle lifespan and minimize breakdowns.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with mechanics and service providers.
• Tracking maintenance costs
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle operation and safety.
• Conducting regular vehicle inspections and audits.
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance.
• Managing vehicle licensing and registration.
• Handling accidents and insurance claims.
• Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse employees when needed.
• Ensure the warehouse is a clean and safe working environment

  Requirements for the Fleet/Warehouse Lead:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
• Experience with scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
