Duties and responsibilities of the Turf Sales Support Position are listed below.  The role of this employee is to help improve the overall efficiency and growth of the turf equipment sales division.  This role reports directly to the Director of Turf Equipment Sales.  Our Snohomish, Washington Branch is the desired location for this position. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the sales team during the sales process from start to finish.  Including but not limited to; quoting, providing updates on factory delivery dates, communication with financial institutions on lease documentation and submittal of those documents. 
  • Keep the sales team informed of any product changes/updates and manufacturer announcements. 
  • Help manage sales and forecast through CRM.
  • Ensure accuracy during the quoting process regarding program incentives, discounts, and customer rebates.
  • Assist with managing government contracts.
  • Assist sales team with lead generation and authentication.
  • Provide sales team with real-time reports on new, used, and aged equipment.  Provide sales team with reports on maturing leases and equipment coming back.  Create stocking orders based on current inventory levels based on forecast and seasonality.
  • Provide historical reports on units sold, etc.
  • Tracking quotes to provide stocking requirements.
  • Assist Sales Administration with facilitating and auditing transactions.
  • Assist Director with additional sales focused projects.
  • Work with sales and marketing team to coordinate company and customer events. Includes assisting with travel arrangements. 
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales and inventory management processes and make suggestions for these improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate degree, preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience providing inside sales support and customer service.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.  Must be proficient in computer software and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as product manuals.
  • Must be a team player, that is organized, can multi-task and prioritize their workload. 
  • Must be a problem solver, with the ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $22 - $26 per hour DOE
  • FLSA Status:  Non-exempt, Hourly position
  • Full time position – 5 days per week
  • Hours: Day shift  
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance available.  A 401(k) Plan is available, with a company match.
