Summary 

We seek an experienced Process Information Systems Program Manager to support a prospective client.  In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with governance teams to identify, prioritize, and manage key software development projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical and leadership expertise to drive these projects to completion, following standard project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with governance teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Risk Management: Monitor, escalate, and address project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project and overall program.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the timely and quality delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Issue Resolution: Continually identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Project Chartering: Lead the proper setup and chartering of projects.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day implementation of project tasks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain timelines and project plans for all identified projects.
  • Communication Planning: Create and manage communication plans for the global program governance process.


Qualification Profile:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience leading technically complex projects and cross-functional teams, preferably in the software development field.
  • Project Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Corporate Environment: Proven success in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-change environments with multiple priorities.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple projects, functions, and businesses.
  • Leadership: Experience or ability to lead highly trained professionals.
  • Autonomy: Self-starter with the ability to deliver results independently and convert strategy into executable plans.
  • Communication: Strong macro and micro-communication skills, including excellent writing and presentation abilities.
  • Technical Comfort: Familiarity with information technology tools such as SAP and DevOps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and leading by influence.
  • Teamwork: Capable of working both independently and within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Preferred Experience: Leading projects in the information technology space is highly desirable.
