We want to meet you We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Patient Services Representative. While prior experience is not required, we are looking for someone with a forward-thinking proclivity, who is eager to learn. A general familiarity with the healthcare field is a plus

This full-time position is Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and supporting our on-site patients
  • Managing a multi-phone line system.
  • Input and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR system.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff on schedule management.
  • Process record requests.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding authorizations and eligibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Forward-thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with healthcare field and terminology is helpful, but not required.
