Job Description

As a Certified Subaru/Kia Technician, you’ll get to work on some of the most cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Automotive diagnostics
  • Conducting inspections and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and EV systems
  • Comply with manufacturer specifications throughout the repair/servicing process.
  • Mentor and assist other technicians on the service team

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift at least fifty pounds

Experience Required

  • 2 plus years of automotive technician experience or Automotive technology training/certification
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Pay range  

The greater of Flat-rate hours based on manufacturer repair times or $21.00-$30.00/hour based upon qualifications and experience

Benefits

We offer to employees (and their families) medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Employees can enroll in our company 401k plan with matching contribution up to 2%. Employees receive 1 week vacation after 12 months of employment. Hourly employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. All employees will receive 1 hour of Washington paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Hired applicant will be able to participate in various bonus programs throughout the year. All approved training is company paid.
