American Glass Professionals is the fastest growing Auto Glass installation and calibration company in the state of Arizona. We provide exceptional install and calibration services all across the Phoenix area, and pride ourselves in exceeding the expectations of our windshield companies and clients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Glass Dispatcher to join our team.
The Glass Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching glass installation to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
This is a full time in office position.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch glass installation and repair services to customers
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and dispatches
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in dispatching or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays (8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)
