Position Overview: The Electrical Apprentice position is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the electrical field. As an apprentice, you will work under the supervision of experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge essential for a successful career. This role offers an excellent opportunity to receive formal training while working on a variety of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
  • Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Perform basic electrical tasks, such as wiring, conduit bending, and device installation, under supervision.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
  • Maintain and organize tools and materials on the job site.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report progress to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trade.
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Physical ability to perform the tasks required, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
