Job Requirements:
  • Adherence to state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Carry liability insurance.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members
  • Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
**Base pay does not include tips.**

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) Responsibilities:


  • Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
  • Treat clients in a professional caring manner
  • Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
  • Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
  • Maintain detailed treatment records electronically
