Town & Country Fence (a division of Dakota Fence Company, along with 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Dakota Unlimited and DFC Property Management) is a growing fence contractor primarily involved in residential/commercial fence, gates and automated gate systems. We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Shift and Time: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Day Shift (Overtime Available)

Summary:

  • Assist Yard Foreman with material inventory and pulling for projects
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and site facilities
  • Utilize computer system for daily time tracking, product shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring
  • Support Yard Foreman in ensuring materials and equipment are available and staged for projects
  • Keep inventory updated and accurate through shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers
  • Collaborate with Yard Foreman and Installation Managers on project-specific material needs and staging
  • Pre-load or stage materials and equipment for projects
  • Cut materials as directed by the Yard Foreman or Shop & Yard Manager
  • Assist crews in loading materials for projects
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of material deliveries

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Interest in construction, construction equipment, scheduling, material inventory, storage, and delivery
  • Desire for construction field experience
