We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $17 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide clients with payment options and assistance as needed.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • Preferred candidate would already have their license but we have a reimbursement program available for getting your license.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
