Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-time Data Entry and Records Updating Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for entering data accurately into our database systems, updating and maintaining records, and ensuring the integrity and security of our data. This position is part-time, lasting for a duration of four weeks, with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
• Update and maintain records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and security.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and database software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
