Job DescriptionJob Description PCI Race Radios is an Off-Road Racing Equipment Manufacturer, Distributor and Retailer based out of Cypress, California. We are a fun, mid size company that provides a generous benefit package and some cool perks. We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our Sales Department. The core at any position at PCI is excellent customer service. This position could be entry level for someone wanting to learn the industry or for the seasoned sales person wanting to help take our team to the next level. This position will travel to events providing onsite support with sales and technical support at Off-Road Races, UTV Events and Trade Shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support at HQ, over the phone, email and in person at events and races.
  • Continually learn about our products.
  • Attend approximately 15 events per year with our travel team.

Requirements:

  • Valid Passport and safe driving record.
  • Team Player that likes to learn.
  • Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Organization and Cleanliness
  • Experience with sales, hand tools, soldering, two-way radios, GPS units and our industry will be a huge plus
  • Prior B2C or B2B sales experience in Powersports is a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per day
  • Ability to regularly lift and move objects 10 - 50 lbs and occasionally move or lift items that weigh more than 100 lbs
