Position Overview
We are seeking a sharp, motivated, and highly skilled Junior Partner Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior partners and contribute to high-profile cases, providing strategic legal counsel while managing a diverse caseload. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with precision and care.
  • Case Management: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of cases, from initial consultation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective legal solutions.
  • Litigation: Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings with confidence, crafting compelling arguments and strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth legal research to inform case strategies, providing sound, innovative legal advice to clients and senior partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior partners and other attorneys on complex legal matters, contributing to the firm’s success through strategic input and leadership.
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business development initiatives, including client pitches and networking events, to expand the firm’s client base.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on property damage insurance claims and personal injury matters.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of managing complex cases.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of legal practice.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary & Bonus: $180k-$200k base compensation plus significant bonus potential for a total on-target earnings of $300k in the first year.
