ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Banquet Captain - Event Manager, your day kicks off with the daily BEO meeting, where you'll strategize the next day's events with our director of conference services. You'll receive room assignments, handle any last-minute changes, and ensure all functions are displayed accurately. Throughout the day, you'll be in constant communication with our chef, ensuring flawless room setups, leading your service team, and guaranteeing every event runs seamlessly and on schedule. Post-event, you'll oversee the cleanup, prepare detailed reports, and ensure our guests leave with smiles.

• Ability to comply with Utah State liquor laws and safety regulations
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
