Job Description:

This role is key in leveraging expertise in business automation, AI, and machine learning to enhance both Tekscape internal processes and the services Tekscape offers to our clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance Tekscape's managed IT services.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on integrating AI and ML-driven solutions into their IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and refine tools and applications for Tekscape's cloud services, cybersecurity, network management, and data analytics platforms.
  • Design and implement custom automation strategies for internal and client projects.
  • Analyze data from IT operations to provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with technical support, network engineers, and cybersecurity experts for comprehensive IT solutions.
  • Contribute to the innovation and development of new managed services and products, focusing on AI and ML technologies.
  • Lead training sessions on new technologies and services, especially in AI and ML applications.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI, ML, and MSP-related technologies.
  • Ensure service quality through continuous improvement and best practices in IT service management.
