Job Title: Certified Medication Aide

Location: Stafford Springs, CT 06076

Shift: Full-time (36 hrs./week)

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed nurses (RN or LPN/LVN) in providing safe and ethical care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, following state regulations and facility policies.
  • Document medication administration and any observed reactions or changes in patient condition.
  • Perform delegated nursing tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of medication carts and patient care areas.

Requirements:
