We are looking for a Branch Manager III to lead our Enfield, NH team. This individual is expected to provide confident and enthusiastic leadership and motivate the team to optimum and increased performance and success, both for individual team members and the branch. This person should have expert knowledge of bank products and services, with an emphasis on deposits, consumer loans, business relationships and investments.
The Branch Manager also represents Mascoma in the community and must have the desire and ability to build and maintain positive relationships with community members. Three years of branch management experience is required for this position. The ideal candidate will also have strong customer and business development skills, and a proven record of previous branch growth. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role; this person will be expected to communicate effectively with the team and train/coach new and existing team members to ensure everyone is performing at a high level. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must.
