We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ELA (English Language Arts) Elementary School Teacher to join our innovative pilot program. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love of reading and writing in students, while also nurturing their overall academic and social development. This is a full-time position based in Cupertino, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our innovative curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to support student success.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
  • Optional: Participate in after-school programs and summer school with additional incentives.
