The skills and abilities will vary depending on department. The duties and responsibilities are not all inclusive of the position.

Departments could include: Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service and Facilities.

The successful candidate must have excellent computer skills and strong communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining electronic and hard-copy records
• Performing data entry of pertinent information
• Ensuring proper documentation is maintained
• Formulating basic reports using Excel and Word
• Clerical duties including, filing, scanning, making copies, and faxing
• Provides support to the Department
• Checking e-mail continuously throughout the day
• Operate telephone to answer, screen and forward calls providing general information or taking messages
• Page individuals to inform them of telephone call using paging system
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit then direct or assist as necessary
