Job Summary
CDA USA, Inc. is seeking a hardworking Field Technician to join our Richmond based team You'll be responsible for the proper installation, maintenance and repair of our manufactured machines. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has prior mechanical experience with a willingness to travel. Responsibilities
  • Work with team/ independently to assemble CDA USA Inc machines
  • On-site installation, repair and maintenance of machines
  • Travel opportunity, a maximum of two weeks per month
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine applicable solutions
  • Assist customers with machine malfunctions and troubleshooting
  • Handle additional warehouse technical tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Requirement bilingual (Spanish)
  • Prefer 2+ years experience in field technician or similar role
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to travel and work in various locations
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
