BridgeWorks is hiring for a welder on first shift This is a temporary assignment

Are you skilled with welding and ready to join a dynamic team? We are looking for Welders to join our manufacturing client in Simpsonville, SC.

As part of our Production Team, you'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to:

Manufacture and fabricate metal products

Install and repair various equipment and components

Follow blueprints to meet product specifications

Keep track of weekly production schedules and calculate material measurements

Conduct tests to ensure weld quality meets standards

We value teamwork and flexibility, so you'll also be expected to:

Be open to cross-training and working in different areas as needed

Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines

Follow directions from team leads and management

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Here's what we're looking for in candidates:

Previous experience in welding or manufacturing

Familiarity with welding tools and procedures

Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints

High school diploma or equivalent

Current forklift certification or willingness to obtain one

This is a full-time position with pay starting at $24.00 per hour.
