2nd Shift (Train on 1st for 3 months)

PIECEWORK PAY ON TOP OF BASE RATE

You will be responsible for setup, adjust and operate surface grinders. Inspection of part thickness and micro finish, to help with the efficiency of production. Work from part drawings, specification and grinding instructions. Our ideal candidate for Surface Grinder Operatoris committed, reliable, pays close attention to detail and safety standards. Having willingness to learn and improve are essential to this position. Have the ability to work independently with little direction, as well as working in a team setting.The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly with maximum efficiency. It is essential that a potential employee has the ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely.

Sets up, maintains and grinds parts to customer’s specifications. Run grinding machines as required. Maintains proper safety requirements.
