Fence Installer

High Pointe Companies, LLC is a small, family-owned fence company in Fort Collins, CO. We install and maintain all kinds of fencing and specialize in commercial fences and automated gates.

Do you want to work Monday - Friday? Do you want to work days only? Do you want to work outdoors, with your hands, and be able to see the fruits of your labor at the end of the day? Here at High Pointe Fence, we are looking to hire enthusiastic people looking to learn a new trade or continue in their current trade, building a quality fence. We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you have experience as a carpenter, framer, roofer, gutter installer, landscaper, window/door installer, flooring installer, irrigation, mason, or any other hands-on trade, we would like the opportunity to meet you. We are searching for people who already know how to use basic hand tools, can read a tape measure, and know how to make a post plumb and a line level.

Applicants must:

• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Reliable transportation to our facility
• Be able to pass a drug screening
• Be a team player with a positive attitude

Pay is competitive, $20-$25 depending on job position and experience, with opportunity for advancement based on skill mastery.
