Job Summary: Client Care Specialist (Front Desk/ Reception/ Scheduling & Billing)

Responsibilities
  • Handle patient scheduling, appointments, multi-phone line
  • Gather new patient data; keep track of patient referrals

  • Disseminate information to patients; act as a go-between for patients and physicians  

  • Send and keep a log of all reports sent to doctors

  • Collect payments; insurance verification

  • Send paperwork to billing companies

  • Answer phones, act as a patient liaison, answer questions from potential or current patients

  • Schedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellations

  • Use our Marketing leads management system daily to follow up from social media marketing

  • Assist with Daily operation of the Clinic

Required Skills
  • Prior experience working in a medical facility preferred but not required

  • Prior experience with insurance billing preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, integrity and empathetic toward people that are in pain

  • Patience at handling people, communicating and multitasking

  • Monday-Friday standard business hours
