We are looking for the right people who have strong customer service skills, Are responsible individuals and have a heartfelt desire to assist seniors or disabled individuals to safely perform activities of daily living.

Job Duties Include : 50% of duties covering open shifts *Pick up timesheets Dropping off supplies to clients * Supervisor visits * Conversation & Companionship * Meal Preparation * Light Housekeeping * Errand Services * Grocery Shopping * Laundry * Recreational Activities * Bathing, Dressing & Grooming Assistance * Alzheimer's Care * Mobility, Transferring & Positioning Assistance * Medication Reminders*Training*Completing off site orientations.


Job Requirements:


  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour From Kalamazoo & Portage
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Flexible availability
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Prior experience caring for seniors required - professional or family caregiving
  • Professional & personal references that can be verified
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 25 pounds; perform activities that require kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, carrying or stooping
