  • Long Term Vision: direct a pharmacy comprised of high-performing individuals who are empowered to provide the best pharmaceutical care possible for the patient’s our hospital serves

Hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active and unrestricted pharmacy license
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy management experience
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in pharmacy technology and automation systems
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives in a pharmacy setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of formulary management and medication safety best practices
  • Effective relationship-building and networking skills
