Family Rolling Dough is a family-owned food processing plant that produces pies, cornbread, and cobblers. No prior baking skills are necessary for this position. This is a general labor position that will require the applicant to do various tasks.
Job Description
- Labeling and Taping Boxes
- Packaging products at a rapid pace
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment (priority)
- Cleaning various pieces of equipment
- Stacking boxes on a pallet
- Following all safety procedures
- Full-time between 30 and 40 hours per week
- No weekends or evenings. (paid Holidays; Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, etc.)
- The work shift is 7 am to 3 pm (7 a.m. is a required start time and coming in after that time is considered late)
- High school diploma or equivalent (not required, but helpful)
- Ability to take direction on how to perform a task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Able to do a continuous task for long periods of time.
- Able to stand in one place for a period of time
