Job Description: B'zoe Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our supplemental staffing operations in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving business development and sales initiatives, ensuring private client management and support, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, business development, and sales, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supplemental staffing division, including scheduling, staffing assignments, and private client management and support.
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Manage staffing resources to ensure adequate coverage and meet client needs, including recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.
- Provide private client management and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as fill rates, turnover rates, and client satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Work closely with other departments within B'zoe Care, including HR, Accounting, and Marketing, to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to supplemental staffing and healthcare operations.
- Represent B'zoe Care at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Uphold B'zoe Care's commitment to providing compassionate care and exceptional service to our clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing, business development, or operations management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, staffing practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
