Job Description: B'zoe Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our supplemental staffing operations in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving business development and sales initiatives, ensuring private client management and support, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, business development, and sales, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supplemental staffing division, including scheduling, staffing assignments, and private client management and support.
  2. Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  3. Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  4. Manage staffing resources to ensure adequate coverage and meet client needs, including recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.
  5. Provide private client management and support, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner.
  6. Monitor key performance metrics, such as fill rates, turnover rates, and client satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  8. Work closely with other departments within B'zoe Care, including HR, Accounting, and Marketing, to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to supplemental staffing and healthcare operations.
  10. Represent B'zoe Care at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  11. Uphold B'zoe Care's commitment to providing compassionate care and exceptional service to our clients and their families.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare staffing, business development, or operations management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
  5. Solid understanding of healthcare operations, staffing practices, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business management software.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  8. Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
  9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
